There is 100 days delay in filing revision application as inadvertently the appellant failed to note office objections and order passed by the Registrar (Judicial). The Registrar (Judicial) vide its order dated 01/02/2024, passed conditional order to remove office objections within 14 days, otherwise registration shall stand refused. However, objections were not removed as those were not marked and registration stood refused by the conditional order. The application is supported by Advocate. 2.
