This petition is moved by the husband to transfer the matrimonial cases pending at Bhandara and Ramtek, either at Bhandara or Ramtek, on the ground that he is in service and it will be convenient for him to attend the same, if it is transferred at one place.

Admittedly, two proceedings namely, the application for maintenance under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and petition under Section 13(1) (i-a) of the Hindu Marriage Act for dissolution of marriage, are pending at Ramtek and the address of wife shows that she is a resident of Ramtek, District : Nagpur.

Thus, I am of the opinion that a proceeding which is pending at Bhandara i.e. the proceeding under the provisions of the Domestic Violence Act if transfers to Ramtek, it would be convenient for both the parties.

Accordingly, it is directed that the proceeding namely, PWDVA No.59/2018 (Archana Vs. Tejesh) pending with the file nd.thawre

54wp412-2022.odt of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bhandara, shall be transferred to the file of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ramtek, District : Nagpur.
