This is an application for condonation of delay of 4 days in terms of Section 21(5) of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008. The delay is caused for challenging the order of rejection of bail for the offence punishable under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967. It is submitted that due to financial constraint, the delay has been caused, which is not intentional.
