By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to process the claim of the petitioner for payfixation as per the judgment dated 28.04.2011 in Writ Petition No.177 of 2011.

Shri Dhore, the learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the issue involved in this case stands answered in favour of the petitioner by the judgment dated 28.04.2011 in a bunch of writ petitions bearing Writ Petition No.177 of 2011 and Others. It is stated that by allowing those petitions, this Court had directed the revision of pay-scales of the petitioners therein in accordance with the Rules of 1988 with consequential benefits.

Shri Fulzele, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the State Government, on verifying the writ petition and the judgment dated 28.04.2011 in Writ Petition No.177 of 2011, states that the statement made on behalf of the petitioner is correct.

WP2057-14 Hence, for the reasons recorded in the judgment dated 28.04.2011 in Writ Petition No.177 of 2011 and Others, we allow this writ petition. The respondents are directed to grant revised pay-scale to the petitioner in accordance with the Rules of 1988 with consequential benefits. If the respondent no.4-Management has not submitted the bill for the revised payscale to the State Government, the respondent no.4Management is directed to send the revised pay-bills to the Education Officer within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The State Government should pay the arrears to the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks, therefrom.

Order accordingly. No costs.
