It is submitted that the claimant nos. 1 and 5 had expired during the pendency of the appeal.

The appeal is already decided on 21.09.2021.

In this view of the matter, the application deserves to be allowed and the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (i), which reads thus :

"(i) allow the present application and thereby distribute the share of appellant no.1 and share of appellant no.5 equally in favour of appellant no. 2, 3, and 4 in the interest of justice." 5.
