DATED : 20 JUNE, 2016 Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the State. Perused the report of learned District Judge and Additional Sessions Judge, Achalpur dated 17/6/2016.
In view of what is stated in the report, I find it necessary to grant further time to the learned Additional Sessions Judge to complete the trial and, therefore, this application, at this stage, cannot be allowed. The application stands rejected. However, it is directed that the trial of the case against the applicant be finished, in accordance with law, before 15/8/2016. The trial Court is requested to keep the case on day to day basis as far as possible. The investigating officer shall make his best effort in producing the witnesses. In case, the trial does not get over within the time fixed by this Court, the applicant shall have liberty to approach this Court for appropriate relief. JUDGE wwl
