It is not in dispute that the vehicle is already released by the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner however, seeks leave to urge other contentions. He states that vehicle of petitioner was not kept properly and therefore, has suffered some damage. According to him, action taken was high handed and unsustainable in law.

We find that criminal prosecution is pending against the petitioner. Contingent upon its result or even otherwise, it is open to the petitioner to seek appropriate relief in civil jurisdiction. Hence, without observing anything more in this respect and keeping all contentions of petitioner open and with liberty to him to approach in appropriate jurisdiction after adjudication of criminal prosecution, we dispose of present proceedings. No costs.
