By these applications, it is prayed that the legal heirs of respondent no.4 be brought on record after condoning the delay. Though the legal heirs have been duly served with the notices, there is no appearance on their behalf. Hence, accepting the reasons mentioned in the applications, the legal heirs of respondent no.4 are permitted to be brought on record after condoning the delay and setting aside abatement. Amendment be carried out within a period of one week.
