Perused the reply of the prosecution and the case diary.

Since the liquor has been seized, the custodial interrogation of the applicant is no more required. Presently, the applicant is lodged in M.C.R. Therefore, this application can be allowed.

The application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing a P.R. Bond of Rs.30,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like sum on the following conditions: i.

The applicant shall co-operate with the police in the investigation.

ii. He shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses in any manner.

ba.309.18 2/2 iii. He shall maintain peace and good behaviour. iv. He shall not indulge in any criminal activities, failing which, the bail so granted by this Court shall liable to be cancelled at the instance of the prosecution.

The application is disposed of as such.
