The Petitioner, who is stated to be working as Incharge Headmaster is seeking a direction that he be granted regular promotion to the post of Headmaster.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that pursuant to the orders passed by this Court in Writ Petition Nos.7109/2017 and 7161/2017 on 9 January 2018, a Committee of Administrator - Trustees to manage the school has been made Rgd

Order 2604wp2211.22 and the Joint Charity Commissioner is appointed to oversee the working of the Committee of Administrators. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Joint Charity Commissioner has stated that this committee will not take any decision as regards promotion, transfer etc.

The Petitioner has not approached the Joint Charity Commissioner, as according to the Petitioner it is by this order that the Petitioners' promotion is not being considered. It is always open to the Petitioner to apply to the Joint Charity Commissioner, if so warranted. This observation however, is not to be construed that we have recommended the right of the Petitioner for regular promotion or have commented on the merits of the inter-se dispute between the Trustees.

Since the above course of action is available to the Petitioner, Writ Petition is disposed of.
