DATE : 24-08-2022 The only ground which is urged by learned Counsel for the petitioner is that, Motiram who had three children one of them being Shantabai passed away and Shantabai too having expired her children would not have any right in the property inherited by Shantabai from her father. I am afraid I am unable to accept this contention as it is contrary to the provisions of the Hindu Succession Act which grants right to the children of Shantabai in her share of property inherited by her on account of demise of her father. That being the position, I do not see any reason to interfere in the petition. Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
