Perused the reply of the prosecution. It is seen that the custody of this applicant is required as the police has information that this applicant is the supplier of illicit liquor. There are criminal antecedents to this applicant as well. Therefore, I am of the view that this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. The application stands rejected.
