The petitioner was served with the show cause notice on 28.09.2023 based on the Enquiry Committee report dated 28.08.2023 which is informed to have been not supplied to the petitioner till this date.

Since the petitioner is required to deal with the show cause notice, the principles of natural justice warrant such document which was used against the petitioner is to be made available to her. 4.

That being so, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondents to supply the said document viz. Enquiry Committee report dated 28.08.2023 to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.

We direct the learned Assistant Government Pleader, who is appearing for the respondent nos. 1 to 4, to communicate this order to the respondents.
