Heard Shri Vyas, learned Counsel for the applicants. It is contended that the deceased committed suicide by consuming poison and the applicant no.1 - husband had himself taken her to the hospital for providing medical aid. The couple had a one year child, who is now with his father in jail. Considering the position, issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable on 03/07/2020.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri J.Y. Ghurde waives notice for the non-applicant and seeks time of ten days to file reply. However considering the position that the
