By this petition, the petitioners have challenged order dated 07/08/2018, passed by the respondent - Commissioner, whereby a revision petition was rejected and mutation entries taken by the Tahsildar in favour of respondent No.5 were confirmed. 3.

The record shows that the said entry in mutation records was made on the basis of registered sale deed executed in favour of respondent No.5 in pursuance of a decree of the Court in a suit for specific performance. It is undisputed that the aforesaid decree stood confirmed up to the Hon'ble Supreme Court and that the MP Deshpande

2 / 2 931-wp-2648-2019 mutation entry has been made on the basis of the very same registered sale deed.

In view of the aforesaid admitted factual position on record, this Court is of the opinion that no case is made out for interference in the impugned order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
