Heard. Perused the contents of the Application. Since the original petitioner-applicant had sought the protection of his services and since it is pointed out to this Court that by the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court reported in 2014 2 Mh.L.J. 913,{Shalini vs. New English High School Association and others}, the services of an employee in a Cooperative Bank could also be protected, in view of the Government Resolution dated 30th June 2004, the order dated 7.4.2015 refusing protection to the petitioner needs to be recalled.
