Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The order under challenge passed by the revisional Court is perfectly legal and within the ambit of Section 143 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, by which the non-applicant had sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for one year for breach of order pertaining to payment of arrears of maintenance.

Hence, I make the following order :- Order A] Criminal Writ petition No.333 of 2015 is rejected.
