NOVEMBER 20, 2025 1) Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2) The present contempt petition is filed by alleging that the contemnor/respondents herein have committed contempt of this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner invited my attention to the order dated 10/10/2019 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.4328/2016, whereby this Court has observed in para 12, which reads as under :- "12.

The salary for the period from the reinstatement onwards shall be paid in accordance with the schedule in the praecipe dated 20.09.2019 filed by the management. This amount shall accepted by the employee without prejudice to his contention that the calculations are not correct. The back wages shall be paid within eight weeks, failing which interest at the rate of 12 percent shall be paid on the amount of back wages with effect from the date of this judgment till actual payment."

3) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite of filing pursis, the amount was not paid as per the KOLHE

2 64-cp 129.2020.odt calculations submitted by the petitioner. Therefore, he prays to hold respondents responsible for contempt as per the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

4) Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents invited my attention to the reply, particularly para 4 and onwards, and submits that the order passed by this Court is fully complied. 5) I have gone through the order passed by this Court as well as reply filed by the respondents contemnors. Upon perusal of the reply, particularly, para 4 and onwards, it reveals that the order passed by this Court is fully complied with, but the counsel for petitioner has disputed this. Therefore, I do not find that respondents have committed any contempt.

6) In view thereof, present contempt petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
