At this juncture, Shri S. Dewani, learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks to withdraw the application with liberty to approach to the Sessions Court. He has also submitted that since the applicant/ accused is in jail, a copy of charge-sheet be supplied to him on behalf of his client.

Concerned learned Magistrate is requested to hand over the copy of the charge-sheet to learned Counsel for the applicant, on behalf of his client.
