Date : 11 th April, 2018 In response to the decision given by this Court on 28-10-2015 in Criminal Writ Petition No.687 of 2015, the Crime Branch, which was directed by this Court to conduct the investigation as a Special Agency in the matter, has submitted its report dated 8-9-2016. We have gone through the said report. It is informed to us that the non-cognizable offences under Sections 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code are registered against the respondent Nos.3 and 4. It is, therefore, open for the petitioner to file a private complaint, and we keep all the questions open to be agitated in such complaint. With these observations, the petition is disposed of.
