The learned Additional Government Pleader has invited our attention to the order dated 5th October, 2021 passed in Writ Petition No.4793/2019 (Bhaskar s/o Janardhanrao Vaidya Vs. State of Maharashtra and ors) and submits that the issue canvassed in the present petition is identical to the one adjudicated in the aforesaid writ petition, which came to be dismissed by a reasoned order. A copy of the said order dated 5th October, 2021, delivered by the Nagpur Bench, is placed on record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid factual position.

That being so, the present petition is liable to meet the same fate as that of the Writ Petition No.4793/2019, as no additional grounds have been canvassed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of above and for the reasons recorded in the order passed in Writ Petition No.4793/2019 (Bhaskar s/o Janardhanrao Vaidya Vs. State of Maharashtra and ors) decided on 5th October, 2021, the present petition also stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
