None present for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader brought to the notice of this Court the order dated 28/07/2020 passed by the Commissioner, Handicap Welfare, Pune, wherein it is stated that as per the order of this Court in Writ Petition No. 3463/2019, the directions of this Court has been complied with.

This Court in the aforesaid writ petition has directed the respondent to consider the case of the petitioner as if the petitioner cannot be compelled to accept the surplus staff of the institution.

02CP189.2020.odt with and it is also expressed in the said order dated 28/07/2020 that the petitioner has to pay the salary of the staff from the own funds of the organisation. Considering the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, we are satisfied that the direction issued by this Court has been duly complied with. If the petitioner has any grievance, it is at liberty to agitate its grievance in an independent proceeding.

In this view of the matter, we find that the grievance of the petitioner is redressed and hence the contempt petition is disposed of accordingly with no order as to costs.
