By this writ petition, the petitioners challenge the Government Resolution dated 22.3.2016 so far, as it cancels the recognition of the petitioners institution for defalcation of the scholarship amount.

Shri Rode, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent No.1 to 5 states, on instructions, that the Government Resolution dated 22.3.2016 has been withdrawn. The learned Assistant Government Pleader has referred to the Government Resolution dated 23.3.2016 in this regard.

In the view of the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the cause for filing the writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

The writ petition stands disposed of with no order as to costs.
