This is an application for dispensing with filing of certified copy. The applicant is permitted to file the certified copy of the order dated 12.05.2021, after the same is received from the learned trial Court.

Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor waives service for respondent/State.

The applicant apprehends his arrest in connection with Crime No.330 of 2021, registered with Wani Police Station, District Yavatmal for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468 and 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the fact that the applicant was a borrower and the husband of the applicant has played active role in the transaction and considering the statement made at the bar, the applicant has made out the case for interim bail. Hence, the following order : i) In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with Crime No.330 of 2021, registered with Wani Police Station, District Yavatmal for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468 and 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code., the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.

ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on everyday between 10.00 am to 12.00 noon and co-operate in the

investigation.

iii) For the purposes of investigation, the applicant shall be deemed to be in the custody of the Investigating Officer in terms of Section 27 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872.

iv) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and or influence the prosecution witnesses.
