DATED : 02/05/2022 This is an application for permission to deposit the compensation amount in this Court as directed by this Court on 12/07/2019. On 12/07/2019, this Court had directed the appellant to deposit the entire compensation within a period of eight weeks. Thereafter, on 14/01/2021 an extension of one week time to deposit the amount was sought and which came to be granted. Then on 28/01/2021 two weeks further time was granted to deposit the amount. The compensation was not yet deposited. Now the application for extension of time to deposit the compensation. Only in the interest of

47 fa 142-2021.odt justice, time to deposit the compensation is extended by a period of six weeks from today. It is made clear that if amount of compensation is not deposited within six weeks despite so many directions of this Court, the matter will be viewed seriously.

The application is disposed of in terms of prayer clause -a.
