Charge-sheet has been filed in this case after completion of investigation. In view of this, we think, it would not be proper to exercise jurisdiction under Section 482, Criminal Procedure Code. Hence we make the following order:- Criminal Application No. 249 of 2014 is disposed of, reserving liberty in favour of the applicants

to approach the Trial Court for discharge. If such an application is made, the same shall be decided expeditiously.
