This application is filed seeking stay to the impugned order by placing on record the copy of the interim order passed in the matters filed by similarly situated petitioners in Writ Petition St. No.5586/2021 and other connected petitions.

Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is similarly situated, which is not disputed by the learned Advocate for the respondents, the petitioner is entitled for interim relief.

There shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer Clause- (i) till further orders.
