ATE : AUGUST 16 , 2024 Mr.Narnaware, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner is not pressing the tribe claim for issuance of validity and intend to avail the benefit of the policy of the Government wherein the services of the petitioner can be absorbed on a supernumerary post. He further submits that appropriate representation to that effect shall be moved by the petitioner to the employer within a period of four weeks from today.
