The Petitioners are not pressing the prayer No.(i) and relied on order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 1084/2025, (Alka d/o Yuvrajsingh Thakur (Alka w/o Rajeshsingh Thakur) .vs. The Chief Secretary, General Administration Deptt. Mumbai & Ors.), dated 14th October, 2025 as well as Writ Petition No.844/2023 (Sau. Manjula

2 8-WP No.2497.2019+1 Anandrao Ital & One .vs. The State of Maharashtra and others), dated 19th October, 2023. In the said petitions, the petitioner seeksdeclaration that she is governed by the Government Resolution dated 21/12/2019, which was superseded by Government Resolution dated 14/12/2022, which provides the manner in which the post retiral benefits along with service benefits consequent upon invalidation of the tribe claim are to be released. 3.

The learned Counsel for the Respondents have no objection to disposed of both the writ petitions in terms of order passed in Writ Petition No.1084/2025 and Writ Petition No.8744/2023.

In view of this Government Resolution dated 14/12/2022, petitions can be disposed of by directing the Respondents to consider the claim of the Petitioners for payment of post retiral benefits and also service benefits in terms of the Government Resolution dated 14/12/2022. 5.

As such, the Competent Authority is hereby directed to take decision within a period of two weeks from the date of certified copy of the order being produced before it. Both the writ petitions stand disposed of in the above terms. No order as to costs.
