This is an application for condonation of delay in filing application for restoration of the petition. The application is vehemently opposed by the learned counsel for the non applicant no.2.

However, taking into consideration the averments in the application, specifically in paragraph nos. 3 and 6, we are inclined to allow the application and condone the delay. The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.

Misc. Civil Application St. No.5261/2016 This is an application for restoration of the writ petition, which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 30.07.2014.
