In spite of sufficient time granted for filing private paper-book, the same is not filed.

Accordingly, two months time is granted to the appellant for filing private paper-book, as last chance, however on condition that they shall deposit Rs.1,000/- (Rs.One thousand only) towards costs with the Vidarbha Lady Lawyers' Association, Nagpur failing which the appeal shall automatically stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.
