Learned Advocate Mr Goenka for petitioners made a statement that the respondent Nos.4 to 6 have handed over peaceful possession of the said property to the petitioners on 04.05.2023. Further, it is submitted that the respondent Nos.4 to 6 have removed all moveable articles and handed over vacant possession.
