The alleged injury has been caused by means of a blade. Investigation is over as the charge-sheet has been filed. Applicants are in jail since 2nd January 2017. The apprehension expressed by the prosecution that applicants are likely to tamper with the prosecution evidence and influence the witnesses, can be taken care of by putting the conditions. I am inclined to grant bail to the applicants. Application is allowed and it is directed that the applicants be released on bail in Crime No. 2/2017 registered with Police Station, Barshitakli for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 354-A, 504, 506, 427 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (2) (VA) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) act on each of them furnishing PR Bond of Rs. 25000/- together with one solvent surety, on the following conditions:
(i) Applicants shall not enter the limits of village Nimbi, tahsil Barshitakli, District Akola and shall stay at least 25 kms away from that village till the trial is concluded.
2 ba316.17 Applicants shall furnish their new address along with mobile number to the concerned Court as also the Police Station. (ii) Applicants shall regularly attend all dates in the trial as may be fixed by the trial Court.
(iii) Applicants shall cooperate with the trial Court for expeditious disposal of the trial.
(iv) Applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner.
Application stands disposed of accordingly.
