This is an appeal under Section 14A of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

Application for grant of pre-arrest bail registered as Misc. Criminal Bail Application No.50/2019 was rejected by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kelapur on 19.3.2019. Against the said, the present appeal was preferred. On 27.3.2019, this Court (Coram : Mrs.Swapna Joshi, J.) issued Notices and also granted interim protection in favour of the present applicant. 3.

Today, when the present appeal is taken up for consideration, learned counsel Shri R.R.Vyas for the appellant submitted that during the pendency of the present appeal, Investigating Officer filed B-Summary before competent Court and, therefore, he submitted that he has instructions to withdraw the present appeal.
