Mr. Rao, the learned Assistant Government Pleader has invited our attention to the order dated 18.10.2019 passed by respondent No. 1 Scrutiny Committee thereby invalidating the caste claim of the petitioner way back in the year 2019 which is questioned in this petition.

That being so, we dismiss the petition.
