DATE : 14/07/2020 Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned Counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

Heard learned Counsel Shri Dhaws for the applicant. Learned Counsel has submitted that counterreport was lodged by applicant no. 2 against the complainant and others. On his report, offences punishable under Sections 141, 143, 147, 149, 188, 324, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code are registered against the complainant and others. On the report of complainant offences punishable under Section 307, 326, 141, 143, 147, 148, 149, 188 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code are registered against the applicant and others. 3.

From the perusal of the report lodged by the complainant against the applicants, it appears that accused Saurabh Sahare stabbed the injured by knife. As per the submission of Shri Dhaws, learned Counsel for the applicant Saurabh Sahare was in police custody. Allegation against the present applicants that they alongwith

Looking to the allegations in the report, ad-interim anticipatory bail is granted on the following conditions: (i) In the event of arrest of applicants - Pradip Pandurang Sahare and Vansh Kuldeep Indulkar in Crime No. 45/2020 registered with Police Station, Dhanora, Dist. Gadchiroli, they be released on their executing a P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with one solvent surety of like amount.

(ii) They shall attend the Police Station, Dhanora, Dist. Gadchiroli once in a week i.e. on every Sunday in between 10.00 a.m. to 05.00 p.m. and shall co-operate the investigating agency. 4.

Issue notice to the respondent.

Shri Lokhande, learned APP waives notice for the respondent/State and seeks time to file reply. 6.

List this matter after two weeks.
