Heard Mr. Gautam Chaterjee, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Upon perusal of the Writ Petition and the prayers therein and upon hearing, we find that the investigation is on. Petitioner has a grievance about the conduct of the Investigating Officer during the course of investigation. We are afraid we can take note of such a grievance in the present Writ Petition on any ground, whatsoever and, therefore, we make the following

order:- Writ Petition No. 337 of 2015 is not entertained, reserving liberty in favour of petitioner to take such steps as are available in law.
