The prayer is for release of retiral benefits as per 7th Pay Commission in favour of the petitioners by respondent No.2Corporation. 3.

Having heard Shri S. M. Vaishnav, learned counsel for the petitioners for some time we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition by directing the respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representations made by the petitioners for paying their retiral benefits and arrears of salary as per 7th Pay Commission with interest. The respondent No.2 shall take a decision thereon within a period of three months from the date of production of this order before him. 4.

Order accordingly. All points are kept open. 5.

Needless to clarify in case the decision is adverse to the interest of the petitioners, they are granted liberty to approach the State Government.
