Present application is for seeking transfer of the compensation amount to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Amravati for disbursement in favour of respondent Nos.1 to 4.

The appeal is already disposed of.

For the reasons recorded in the application, the amount deposited by the appellant before this Court be transferred to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Amravati.

The Registry is directed to take step to transfer the amount within one week, considering that the claimants are in need of money to perform the marriage of respondent No.2.

In view of above, civil application is disposed of.
