Learned counsel for the appellant states that the letter issued to the appellant has been returned back unserved with the remark 'incomplete address'. He further states that the appellant has not contacted him, accordingly, he seeks discharge.

Considering the status noted above, the counsel stands discharged.

It appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal. The appeal is, therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution.
