The petitioner has applied for regular parole on account of mother's illness. The petitioner was released on parole for 45 days ending on 31.3.2024. The petitioner claims that due to medical emergency his presence is required hence he has applied on 14.3.2024 for extension of parole by 15 days. It is petitioner's grievance that till date his application has not been decided.

The Authority shall decide the petitioner's application on or before 30.3.2024 and communicate the result to the petitioner immediately. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
