The issue which is raised in the present Public Interest Litigation is already pending for consideration before the Constitution Bench of the Hon'ble Apex. On the ground of judicial propriety and discipline, we refuse to entertain the present P.I.L. The same is, therefore, rejected. If the petitioner desires to assist the Hon'ble Apex Court, he will be at liberty to move the Hon'ble Apex Court.
