Considering the report of Registrar (J.) dated 27th April, 2018 the respondent No.1 is permitted to amend the cause title of reference petition which was filed by him under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 and to substitute his name as "Madhukar Pundlik Patil" in place of "Madhukar Pundlik Dhandale". The appellant shall carry out consequential amendment in the cause title of memorandum of appeal. The civil application is allowed accordingly. No costs. C.A.F.
