By the present proceeding the appellant is challenging the judgment and order dated 27.3.2018 passed by Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yavatmal in L.A.C. No.113/2014. However, there is a delay of 241 days in filing the present appeal. As per the reason stated in the application, the delay is caused due to administrative reasons as amount towards court fees required in the matter has received on 21.8.2018. Furthermore, the appellant has deposited the entire decreetal amount as per the order of this Court dated 24.1.2020. 2.

In view of above, I find there is a sufficient reason as well as bonafide shown by the appellant in the matter. Hence, the delay of 241 days caused in filing appeal is hereby condoned. The application is disposed of.
