Shri Chandurkar, learned Counsel for the applicant submits that there is delay of 168 days in filing application for bringing legal representatives of deceased Respondent No.1 on record.

Though this application was filed in the month of March, 2018, till today no reply has been filed to this application opposing the present application.

For the reasons stated in the application which are found to be sufficient reasons for condonation of delay, the application is allowed. Delay caused in filing application for bringing legal representatives of respondent No.1, on record is allowed.

Application is disposed of.

Civil Application (CAS) No.496 of 2018 Heard Shri Chandurkar, learned Counsel for the applicant. None for the non-applicant and proposed legal representatives of Respondent No.1. For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed. The appellant shall carry out the amendment within two weeks from today.
