Petitioners / applicants are senior citizen seeking revised pension. It is pointed out that Writ Petition No. 5283/2011 in which similar grievance is made and listed today as connected matter, was directed to be heard in w/c. 19.09.2016. It was accordingly listed, but, could not be taken up by the Bench.
