This is an application seeking appropriate direction/order. The applicant filed Criminal Application (APPA) No. 147/2021 in Criminal Appeal No. 102/2021. The Criminal Appeal is admitted and Criminal Application (APPA) No. 147/2021 was allowed on 22.04.2021. The substantive sentence of the applicant was suspended and the applicant was directed to be released on bail. However, it appears that inadvertently bail amount was not specified in the said order. Hence, Criminal Application (APPP) No. 811/2021 is allowed.
