Petitioner is not in position to show locus which enables him to challenge the certificate produced by respondent No.5 as bogus.

Advocate Shri Karode attempts to demonstrate that the certificate is bogus and the Court may take suo motu cognizance.

In the light of judgment of Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Ayaaubkhan Noorkhan Pathan Vs. State of Maharashtra & others - AIR 2013 SC 58, we find, the grievance is misconceived. However, with liberty to take such other steps open in law, we dispose of the petition. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE wwl
