As the learned Registrar (J.) rejected the registration of the appeal for non-removal of the office objections, without issuing notice to the non-applicants, the delay in filing the application for restoration of the appeal is condoned. The civil application is allowed.
2 cao980.14 M.C.A. STAMP NO.7354/2014 As the learned Registrar (J.) refused to grant registration, without issuing notice to the non-applicants, miscellaneous civil application is allowed. The first appeal is restored. However, this is on condition that the applicant shall remove the office objections till 6 th February, 2015, failing which this order shall stand recalled and applications and the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to Court.
