Shri Deshpande, the learned Counsel for the Corporation states that the representation-application of the petitioner has been decided on 14.5.2015 and the cause for filing the petition would not survive.
In view of the statement made by the learned Counsel for the Corporation, the writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
